Modest hotel with caring personnel and spectacular view of the jakarta skyline. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

my stay was very good here. the well-appointed and well-organised room had all the necessary facilities, a safe box, multi-channel tv, and a mini-fridge-bar. loved the location, it was comfortable and the best, in the department store.

It was a wonderful stay in on Wednesday night, liked it. Perfect location in business district of Jakrta, accommodating staff, everything was great. Location: the hotel was close to shopping malls, and the centre of jakarta. I found there variety of restaurants to eat, like Kamadoya Nizaemon that is only 5 minutes' walk away❤👍👍

The room was bright, beautifully maintained, and the staff was very amiable! Location next to the best shopping mall in Jakarta, the centre, and Gelora Bung Karno and Istora Senayan Stadion.

We absolutely loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was nestled right next to two of the biggest shopping malls in the city, making it easy for us to indulge in some retail therapy or grab a quick bite whenever we wanted. We also appreciated its proximity to the stadium - it was just a short drive away! The staff were warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful and the hotel facilities were top notch.

Location of the hotel is very nice almost-fits-all that was to enjoy with family or business is close to shopping and entertainment and for business owners and also that the design of the hotel great and very modern and the service excellent

Great location just off the Expressway, between Central and South Jakarta. 45mins from the Airport on a normal traffic day, 20mins from the Plaza of Indonesia, the main and central shopping centre. FX Mall, where teh Hotel is located has a Bluebird Taxi stand, numerous ATM's, eateries, a Supermarket, Pharmacy and Cinema (4 films). The Hotel is only 6 mths old, the rooms are immaculately clean, with a good shower, clean bed, 32' LCD TV with Satelite intl channels, good Aircon system, wifi of decent speed and large floor to ceiling windows for panoramic view of the City.

On the high floor of 43, my mobile signal/reception fluctuated, but that's no relection on the Hotel, just amention for people if they wished to make lots of [hone calls from their room.

This hotel is located only 1 km away from Plaza Senayan and is conveniently close to all the nearby attractions, making it a great choice for us.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, making this venue the perfect centralized location for a vacation. The pool was also very enjoyable.

Great breakfast selection and friendly staff. the room was spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. It also had a beautiful view from a high floor. the hotel is located conveniently close to business centers and malls which was a plus.

The room smelled bad when we first arrived. Housekeeping was not very thorough as they forgot to replace disposables.

Overall, a pleasant stay. Bed & pillow is comfortable. The ensuite is nice. Had a very good view of the stadium. Dining, shopping & massage is conveniently available right in the mall.

Since hotel rooms are mostly high up, elevator kinda take some times; slow. And it need access card each time to go in & out, abit the troublesome altho good for security. Room air-conditioning not strong, especially at startup.

The location, cleanliness and the fact that everything was working. I was fortunate to have the higher floor. It has a commanding view of the city. I also like the fact that they have scented oil in the room (kills any odour esp. cigarette smoke) which is not a common feature in most hotels.

I was unfortunate to pick one local telco which does not have good coverage. I had difficulty in making and recieving calls from the room. Otherwise nothing to complain.

I was impressed with the hotel's location within the FX shopping mall, which made it so convenient for shopping and dining options. The rooms offered great views of Jakarta, giving a unique and picturesque experience. The staff at the hotel were excellent, providing friendly and helpful service.
